Follow these steps carefully to ensure a perfect fit for your custom grillz.

What’s Included in Your Kit:

1 molding tray (upper or lower, depending on your order)

2 putty components (one white, one colored)

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Wash Your Hands:

Ensure your hands and mouth are clean before starting.

2. Prepare the Putty (Work Quickly):

Mix the white and colored putty together until you get a uniform color (no streaks).

Roll the mixed putty into a sausage shape and place it evenly in the tray.

3. Insert the Tray:

Open your mouth wide and press the tray onto your teeth firmly (upper or lower).

Bite down slightly and hold in place for 3 minutes without moving.

4. Remove the Tray:

Gently wiggle and pull the tray straight down or up.

Check that all tooth details are visible and no teeth are cut off.

5. Let It Harden:

Let the impression sit for 10 more minutes to fully harden before packing.

6. Pack & Return:

Place the hardened mold back into the original packaging.

Use the provided return envelope or label to ship it back to us.

Tips for the Best Results:

Do not talk or move while the mold is setting.

If the mold is not accurate, we may request a redo.
