💎 Grillz Process

How do I order custom grillz?

Start by choosing your metal and style. We’ll ship a free mold kit to your door. Once we get your mold back, production begins.

How long does it take to make my grillz?

Production takes 10–14 business days after we receive your mold. Need it faster? Rush options available.

What if I have a missing or chipped tooth?

No worries — we design around it. Just let us know before production starts.

⚒️ Materials & Quality

What metals do you use?

We use real 925 silver, 10K, 14K, and 18K gold. No brass, no shortcuts.

Are the stones real?

We use VVS moissanite, AAA+ CZ, or natural stones depending on the design. Moissanite passes the diamond tester.

Will the grillz fade or tarnish?

Silver may naturally oxidize over time, but it’s easy to polish. Gold does not tarnish.

Is shipping free?

Yes — all U.S. orders include free tracked shipping.

Can I return or exchange my grillz?

Custom orders are final sale. But if there's an issue, contact us — we got you.

🧼 Care & Maintenance

Can I smoke with my grillz in?

For smoking, we recommend 14K or 18K gold. Silver is not ideal for heat exposure.

How do I clean my grillz?

Use warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush. Silver shines best with a polishing cloth.
